Lectureship in Health Economics @ UCL
I’ve been asked by my colleagues at the Institute of Global Health (with whom we run the MSc in Health Economics and Decision Science) to advertise a new Lecturer post available in their department.
The post-holder will be responsible for an active and growing teaching and research portfolio. Particularly, the post-holder will be expected to take a leadership role within UCL’s new MSc in Health Economics and Decision Science, developing and delivering new course content.
In addition, the post holder will be expected to build a strong research portfolio in the economics of global health. Close interaction with supportive colleagues at IGH and UCL more broadly, and access to partners and sites in Kenya, Mozambique, India, Iran and Pakistan among others, will enable the post-holder to pursue a successful research programme leading to high-quality publications with excellent opportunities for future career development within the world-renowned global health community at UCL.
The post will be based at the Centre for Global Health Economics, Institute for Global Health, 30 Guildford Street, London. This is an open-ended post which is available from September 2018. Details can be found here.
Of course, the post-holder will be also encouraged to work with us… :smile.
